Over the past 25 years Alicia
Wills has made use of an innate talent for organizing and
gained a cornucopia of administrative skills during her time
managing non-profits, office-managing in a variety of industries
and line-producing video and theatre. After 9 years as a
mobile office manager for self-employed professionals who
work from home, Alicia finally listened to her dog and shifted
her business to her own home office.
Although she still does
office systems consulting onsite, most of her work now takes
place under her virtual assistant and personal organizer
hats. From a 200 sq ft office in her backyard, with a view
of her garden and chickens, she juggles details and projects
for a diverse set of clients.
Alicia has a talent for creating
simple practical systems and spaces that make it easy to
work efficiently. She enjoys taking on projects - large or
small - and bringing them to a well-organized and satisfying
